The project aims to strengthen the professional and intercultural skills of our library staff, to learn innovative practices and best practices from European libraries, and to sustainably integrate them into our library work. The goal is to improve services, enhance staff motivation, develop the library as a “third place,” promote reading, expand digital services and community engagement, and foster international cooperation.
