The project aims to strengthen the pedagogical and organisational capacity of our organisation by introducing new approaches in intercultural dialogue, adult education, and anti-discrimination work. It seeks to expand staff competences, improve the quality of integration and language courses, and better support migrants, refugees, and learners with fewer opportunities through more inclusive, effective, and learner-centred educational practices.
We are applying for this project to further improve the quality of its work in integration, adult education, and intercultural dialogue. Our staff work daily with migrants, refugees, and adults with fewer opportunities who face language barriers and limited social participation.Through job-shadowing with the experienced partner organisation Arco Forum in Spain, we aim to gain inclusive and participatory methods and strengthen our organisational capacity in a sustainable European context.
