The project aims to systematically strengthen intercultural dialogue in a European context and reflect on integration and democratic participation from a transnational perspective. We promote active citizenship, perspective-taking and dialogical competences among adult learners. At the same time, the European dimension will be sustainably embedded into our adult education programmes and international cooperation will be strategically expanded.
Our organisation works with adult learners from diverse cultural backgrounds, including people with a migration history. We observe a growing need for structured dialogue formats on integration, diversity and European values. The project aims to open international perspectives, strengthen intercultural competences and sustainably expand the European dimension of our educational work.
