The project strengthens adult learners’ language competence, digital skills, and career orientation through international peer learning and practical European learning experiences. Using language-learning apps, AI, and work-related learning scenarios, participants improve communication, confidence, understanding of Europe as a space of opportunities, social participation, and intercultural competence.
We mainly work with adult learners with fewer opportunities, especially migrants facing linguistic, digital, and employment-related integration barriers. Many have limited German language skills and little international learning experience. The Erasmus+ project will provide practical European learning experiences, peer learning, and the use of digital tools and AI to strengthen language competence, career orientation, and social participation.
