The project aims to strengthen YEAH’s capacity to design and deliver VET-oriented learning, improve staff competences in digital and blended learning for VET contexts, and enhance inclusive approaches supporting learners with fewer opportunities through targeted job shadowing and structured training activities.
YEAH Youth Empowerment & Action Hub gGmbH applied for this project to strengthen its organisational capacity in vocational education and training. While the organisation has strong experience in non-formal education, youth work and digital learning, it aims to build formal VET competences by learning directly from experienced European providers through staff mobility.
