This experience will improve their chances of getting a better standing in the national as well international labour market as our local companies operate on an international basis. Leading staff has to cope with foreign customers and employees of their european subsidiaries.
The project enables the students to gain knowledge and also to share it using a common language. Furthermore the students not only learn more about the way of life in a foreign country but also more about the different conditions and processes at workplaces. The students learn how to cope with standard situation in daily life by communicating in a foreign language, which could not be done in daily lessons in Germany.
