The participants should learn from each other through visits to facilities, collaboration, and professional and informal exchange, to examine their own work and behavioral patterns, and to identify helpful aspects for both project partners. They should reflect on their personal attitudes and working methods and adjust them if necessary. Instructors should become more culturally sensitive through their own experiences and pass this on.
Through the current political developments, it is becoming increasingly clear how fragile Europe as community of values is. To counter developments that are hostile to democracy and human rights, instructors should experience the significance of Europe and become (again) more convinced Europeans themselves. They should bring their experiences and what they have learned into their daily work and thus promote Europe to the next generation.
