Our central concern as a labor market service provider is securing a skilled workforce. Two aspects are particularly important to us: dual vocational training must be attractive, and all potential trainees—including those who would not be able to complete training without special support—must be given the opportunity to receive training in line with current standards so that they can enter the labor market as competent skilled professionals.
The BWHW would like to continue to establish itself as a professional point of contact for local companies, trainees, vocational schools, chambers of commerce, etc. and thus make a contribution to a positive and contemporary development of the regional labour market. The responsible mobility team at the Wiesbaden site would like to increasingly involve learners with limited opportunities, including those from the other BWHW locations.
