We want to: 1.) To enable our learners/graduates to gain experience abroad in a professional context. As a company, we want to gain experience with the Erasmus+ programme. 2.) Intensify cooperation with our French partner institution, enable our learners to learn together, reflect on common basic values and our mission statement. 3.) Working together on current training topics and professional standards in working with people with disabilities.
We are a social institution in Germany, with a partner institution in France, which trains learners in professions such as social care work, nursing profession, social work and participatory education. In order to secure the next generation of professionals as well as the sustainable development of our company, we would like to get to know the possibilities of the Erasmus+ network and gain initial experience with a group activity of German and French learners.
