We aim to strengthen profes. and intercult. skills and provide a hands-on experience of Danish culture. Participants work with Danish trainees and teachers, experiencing Danish work and learning culture, teamwork and feedback practices, as well as design traditions (functionality, sustainability, "hygge"). Through workshops, daily school life, excursions, and everyday experiences, they deepen their English skills, cultural understanding, and tolerance, and build sustainable EU partnerships.
We are applying for this project because it covers key curriculum content for the state-certified design assistant training program and simulates realistic, practical professional situations. At the same time, it promotes international exchange: trainees work in binational teams, strengthen their English technical communication skills, and enhance their intercultural competence. This increases employability, motivation, and the European dimension of our training program.
