We aim to enhance the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training, actively including disadvantaged learners, and integrating innovative, sustainable, and digital practical approaches from European partner countries into administrative, agricultural and fisheries professions. At the same time, the European idea is to be firmly embedded in training processes on a long-term basis.
With “Connect EU 2.0”, we are responding to the shortage of skilled workers, structural change and the declining attractiveness of nature-based and partly traditional professions in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Many apprentices, particularly those with fewer opportunities, have limited international experience. As an experienced institution, we strategically use Erasmus+ to sustainably strengthen quality, inclusion, and European networking.
