The project at Sophie-Scholl Vocational College promotes equal opportunities for all learners, regardless of their background, social status, or financial situation. Its aim is to strengthen cultural identity, develop intercultural competencies, and enhance digital skills. Through hands-on European experiences, intercultural exchange, and digital portfolio work, students learn to act confidently, reflectively, and professionally, while sustainably realizing and developing their potential.
Many learners come from socially disadvantaged families or have a migration background and have limited intercultural experience. The project promotes the development of self-competence, intercultural sensitivity, digital skills, and professional action competence. At the same time, it ensures equal opportunities, addresses prejudices, and sustainably strengthens personal and professional development in an international context. And this is exactly what we stand for.
