Through the implementation of the project, the professional, linguistic, and intercultural competences of the learners will be specifically strengthened. Mobility stays in other European countries promote independence, willingness to be mobile, and employability. At the same time, the project contributes to the personal development of the participants and supports the further enhancement of the international orientation and overall quality of vocational education within the institution.
With this project, the institution aims to strengthen the European and international dimension of vocational education and training. In response to increasing labour market demands for independence, mobility and intercultural competence, as well as language support needs among learners, Erasmus+ mobility offers an effective solution. It provides practice-based learning experiences abroad and supports the development of key professional and personal competences.
