The project strengthens the participants’ intercultural competences, promotes their independence, and firmly embeds the European dimension within our school. In addition, networking opportunities are used, practical vocational skills are sustainably enhanced, and new training impulses are directly integrated into classroom practice and the regional training landscape. It also expands technical English competences, provides professional development for teachers, and institutionalises the partners
We are applying for this project to open up new international learning opportunities and provide participants with a meaningful know-how transfer. They will gain sustainable training content and valuable hands-on insights. At the same time, they will have the opportunity to experience university life and broaden their career prospects. The project also aims to strengthen the institutional orientation and visibility of our vocational education offer within an international context.
