The aim is to strengthen the idea of European unity. Trainees are expected to dismantle prejudices and assume both social and professional responsibility. A fundamental willingness to experience unfamiliar cultures and openness are central to the learning placements. Furthermore, the number of apprenticeship dropouts will be reduced. In the area of job shadowing, we promote curriculum and school development as well as self-reflection among teachers.
Our project addresses the increasing internationalization of companies and the resulting necessary increase in the mobility of young people in initial vocational training. Internationalization means communication in a foreign language, opening up to ways of thinking and working in other cultures, professional training, and much more. Furthermore, topics such as teaching and school development are key focuses of the project within the framework of job shadowing.
