With this project, DEHOGA Brandenburg aims to establish the NextGen Hospitality Trophy as a permanent European mobility and competition format. The goal is to strengthen the professional quality of dual training, make skills internationally comparable, and specifically promote trainees in their professional and intercultural development. At the same time, training companies are to be networked and the attractiveness of hospitality professions sustainably increased.
DEHOGA Brandenburg is applying for the project in order to firmly establish the internationalisation of dual training in the hospitality industry. The project aims to develop the NextGen Hospitality Trophy from a successful pilot initiative into an institutionally secured, transnational format of excellence. The aim is to network training companies across Europe, increase the attractiveness of vocational training in the hospitality industry and make competence standards comparable.
