Objectives

Through this project, we aim to strengthen global competence and intercultural skills among students and teachers. We want to connect international mobility with sustainable school development. Students and apprentices will enhance their employability and adaptability in diverse work environments, while teachers will further develop innovative and inclusive teaching practices. In this way, we aim to embed internationalisation more firmly into our vocational profile and school culture.

Background

We applied for this project to strengthen global competence, wellbeing and innovative teaching practices at our school. International mobility offers authentic learning experiences that enrich both staff training and vocational education. At the same time, the project supports the long-term internationalisation strategy of our school and contributes to building sustainable structures for future European cooperation and continuous professional development.
