The project aims to empower young people to actively shape their professional future by strengthening their employability skills, self-confidence and awareness of opportunities at national and European level. From a youth work perspective, the project focuses on non-formal learning, peer exchange, and personal development. It seeks to support young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, in identifying their strengths, recognising their competences, and gaining practical tools to navigate the labour market. The project also promotes active participation, inclusion, intercultural learning and European citizenship. The main objectives are to: - Increase young people’s readiness for employment through practical, hands-on learning. - Support self-awareness, motivation and confidence-building. - Promote recognition of non-formal learning through Youthpass. - Encourage mobility and openness to European opportunities. - Strengthen young people’s role as active, informed and engaged members of society.
