The project “Echoes of Belonging” aims to strengthen young people’s competences in emotional regulation, constructive communication and intercultural participation through non-formal and experiential learning. It connects wellbeing-oriented methods, creative expression and intercultural cooperation within a structured youth work framework. The project specifically seeks for the following objectives: - Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for young people aged 20–30 - Strengthen emotional and somatic awareness as a foundation for self-regulation - Develop constructive communication and collaborative skills in diverse group settings - Foster intercultural dialogue and a sense of European belonging - Promote environmental awareness through nature-based learning experiences Through body- and movement-based, creative and reflective methods, participants increase their capacity to participate actively and responsibly in social and community contexts. By integrating non-formal education methods such as workshops for creative expression, movement sessions, reflection circles and intercultural evenings, 'Echoes of Belonging' will support young people with strengthened competences in resilience, communication and participation.
