The aim of our project is for the participants to perceive challenges and solutions in the fields of diversity and equality as well as fight against discrimination in their youth work and in their communities, to exchange ideas and encourage each other. The participants will develop exemplary programs and best-practice examples to these topics in internationally mixed teams. With the help of various methods the themes diversity and equality will be exemplarily experienced at the activity. Thereby the participants will be challenged to become actors of the youth work themselves and to implement the developed program components and the experienced experiences in their local offers of youth work. Through the inclusion of people with fewer oportunities, the participants will discover the opportunities of diversity and perceive each other as valuable personalities. The attitude of appreciation of each individual, the community, the encounter and learning from each other, the orientation and values in the common life and work offers a variety of levels of experience in personality development .The participants will be motivated and guided in the project to exchange and network. They will discover and unfold their gifts and abilities.
