The "Creative Inclusion" project aims to empower youth workers by equipping them with practical, non-verbal tools to foster inclusion among marginalized youth, including NEETs, migrants, and young people with disabilities. The objectives of the project are fourfold. First, the project seeks to develop youth workers’ methodological skills in non-verbal facilitation, using dance, movement, and sport as tools to overcome language and cultural barriers. Second, the project aims to co-create a professional, open-access "Creative Inclusion Manual" (OER), which will provide ready-to-use, trauma-informed, and inclusive methods that youth workers can directly apply in their practice. Third, the project intends to strengthen the competences and confidence of youth workers, enabling them to facilitate inclusive activities, promote intercultural understanding, and support young people with fewer opportunities effectively. Fourth, the project seeks to foster strategic networking and future European cooperation by enabling youth workers to implement local pilot workshops and develop follow-up project ideas, ensuring a sustainable and long-term impact on youth work practice.
