The project aims to strengthen youth workers’ capacity to run inclusive, high-quality youth work with young people with fewer opportunities by upgrading practical competences, tools, and methods that can be applied immediately in daily work. Objectives from the perspective of youth work practice: Equip youth workers with inclusive facilitation skills to engage diverse groups safely and meaningfully (participation, group dynamics, conflict-sensitive communication, safeguarding). Improve youth workers’ ability to reach and involve young people with fewer opportunities through tailored outreach, low-threshold entry points, and barrier-reduction measures. Provide a toolbox of ready-to-use non-formal education methods (workshop designs, adaptable activities, micro-teaching practice) that could be transferred to youth centres, community settings, and partner organisations. Strengthen quality and learning culture in youth work through reflection, peer feedback, and competence-based recognition (e.g., Youthpass framing) to improve practice beyond the mobility. Increase partners’ organisational capacity for cooperation and dissemination, enabling them to replicate the approaches locally and share results across their networks.
