By implementing this project, we want to raise the quality of everyday youth work by training high quality youth workers who can use storytelling and digital tools in an inclusive, safe, and practical way. The project responds to real practice needs in partner organisations and helps youth workers engage young people more meaningfully, especially young people with fewer opportunities. Our objectives are the following. 1. We will strengthen youth workers competences in facilitation, non formal learning, inclusion, and ethical digital communication. 2. We will provide practical methods that youth workers can use immediately in local sessions with young people. 3. We will improve safeguarding, consent, and responsible media practice in youth activities. 4. We will support transfer into daily work through local follow up workshops, peer sharing, and internal staff learning. 5. We will build long term cooperation between partner organisations and improve common quality standards in youth work practice. In practice, this means better youth sessions, stronger participation, safer learning spaces, and more opportunities for young people to express their voice and develop confidence and civic engagement.
