Objectives

We want to strengthen youth workers’ ability to address climate change as a climate justice topic in everyday youth work practice. The project supports youth workers in moving beyond guilt-based lifestyle debates and instead working with power, responsibility and inequality in ways young people can relate to. Our objectives are to improve facilitation of complex and controversial discussions, strengthen inclusion-sensitive participation formats, support professional handling of strong emotions in group processes, and produce a practical toolbox of reusable non-formal methods that participants will pilot locally after the mobility. We also aim to reach newcomers to Erasmus+ learning mobility by reserving a defined share of places and providing extra support so they can participate fully and complete follow-up.
