The project aims to structurally transform how youth workers address the climate crisis in their daily practice. Rather than increasing theoretical awareness alone, the objective is to equip 30 youth workers with a concrete, replicable methodology that enables them to explain systemic climate chain effects to young people through experiential and visual tools. The Time Table is intentionally designed to move from systems understanding to applied communication and dissemination, ensuring operational competence rather than abstract learning. The first core objective is to enable youth workers to independently facilitate systemic climate awareness sessions using the domino methodology. Through Day 2 Ecosystems and Chain Effects, Mapping Chain Effects, and Physical Domino Modelling, participants will acquire the competence to design and implement at least one structured domino-based session in their local youth groups. By the end of the activity, each participant will be able to construct a cause-effect model representing interconnected climate impacts and guide reflection discussions based on Rewinding from Impact to Cause. This directly strengthens non-formal education practice in youth centres and community settings. The second objective is to strengthen the ability of youth workers to translate scientific data into youth-friendly communication formats without distorting evidence. During Climate Literacy and the Core Structure of the Message and Simplifying Scientific Data, participants will work with IPCC-based references and transform them into visual models during Day 4 Production of Infographics. By the end of the programme, participants will have demonstrated the capacity to convert at least one complex climate concept into a clear, structured infographic suitable for youth audiences. This supports evidence-based youth work and combats misinformation. The third objective is to enhance digital advocacy competences aligned with contemporary youth communication habits. Through Day 6 Digital Meme Production and Day 7 Short Video Filming and Editing, participants will collaboratively produce 10 infographics, 10 memes, and 5 short videos. The goal is that each participant gains practical experience in visual storytelling, message framing, and digital dissemination planning. This enables youth workers to integrate climate awareness into social media-based youth engagement strategies rather than relying solely on traditional workshop formats. The fourth objective is to operationalise inclusive youth work practices. With half of the participants coming from fewer opportunity backgrounds, the project ensures that inclusion is embedded in facilitation dynamics and group work structures. Reflection sessions such as Domino Reflection Circle and From Impact to Continuity will support participants in identifying inclusive facilitation techniques they can replicate locally. The measurable outcome is that participants integrate inclusive methods into at least one follow-up youth activity after returning home. The fifth objective is to guarantee multiplier effect and sustainable integration into youth work structures. During Day 8 Dissemination Strategy and Impact Sustainability and Post Project Use Plan, each participant will prepare a concrete local implementation plan. Within two months after mobility, participants will conduct at least one local awareness session applying the domino methodology and digital outputs. This ensures that project impact extends beyond the 9-day activity and becomes embedded in ongoing youth programmes. Ultimately, the project seeks to professionalise climate-focused youth work by combining systemic thinking, digital production, structured reflection, and inclusive facilitation. By Day 9 Holistic Evaluation of Project Outputs and Youthpass documentation, participants will clearly identify competences developed in systems analysis, visual communication, digital literacy, and civic engagement. The long-term goal is to establish a transferable domino-based non-formal education model that can be applied across diverse European youth contexts.
