IMAGINE aims to strengthen youth participation by enabling young people to design, test and deliver engaging game-based and immersive non-formal methods on key civic themes (participation, inclusion/anti-discrimination, community dialogue, and digital/media literacy). The project will build the capacity of 40 young people (18-30) to move from "participants" to active co-creators and peer facilitators, increasing their agency, leadership and democratic dialogue skills. Through youth-led needs mapping and co-decision (Youth Steering Group), the project ensures activities respond to real barriers faced by peers, including young people with fewer opportunities. IMAGINE also aims to connect youth-led solutions with local stakeholders and decision-makers to create follow-up pathways and long-term use of the IMAGINE Game Set + Facilitation Pack in youth centres, schools/educational centres and community settings.
