Changemakers’ Journey aims to strengthen young people’s democratic participation competences and create meaningful dialogue between youth and decision-makers across Europe and neighbouring countries. The project will embed structured civic reflection modules within national youth programmes and bring selected participants together at an international gathering. Together, they will identify participation barriers, exchange perspectives and co-create practical recommendations compiled in the Youth Civic Action Framework. The project also strengthens youth-led facilitation and integrates participatory methods into future programme cycles to ensure long-term impact.
