The project strengthens teachers’ capacity to use digital and AI tools in adult language education and establishes shared institutional guidelines for responsible and sustainable implementation. Its purpose is to replace isolated experimentation with coherent, organisation-wide practice.
VSK is implementing an internal AI and digital strategy but faces uneven competence levels among teaching staff and inconsistent integration across programmes. As expectations for responsible AI use increase, we need shared pedagogical models and concrete implementation structures. This project addresses that gap by strengthening institutional capacity for structured, sustainable and coherent AI integration in adult second-language education.
