Objectives

The project aims to empower young people through non-formal education, intercultural exchange, and creative collaboration by designing a serious game about Danish history and culture. The main objective is to equip participants with innovative tools for learning and teaching—particularly through game design, storytelling, and project management—while fostering empathy, inclusion, and European solidarity. The project addresses the need for more interactive approaches to history and culture education, making learning engaging and accessible for diverse groups. From a youth work perspective, the project builds essential competences such as teamwork, communication, creativity, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. It also raises awareness about mental health, and inclusion of diverse identities. Overall, the goal is to strengthen both personal and professional capacities of young people while contributing a freely available educational tool that benefits communities beyond the exchange.
