The project aims to create a functional Nordic cooperation network and to share knowledge and good practices, especially regarding non-formal learning methods. A key objective is to learn and exchange methods that can be applied in youth work, particularly with young people who are in vulnerable situations or facing mental health challenges. The project seeks to strengthen the professional competence, reflective skills, and capacities of participants, while supporting the activities of their organisations. Each participating organisation will gain new knowledge, methods, and innovative practices that can be integrated into their daily work and shared within their own organisation. The results of the project will support practical youth work, promote the well-being of participants and young people, and enhance the ability of participants and organisations to apply non-formal learning methods in practice. The project also aims to ensure that new methods, learning approaches, and good practices are disseminated and embedded in the everyday work of each participating organisation. This strengthens the skills and capacities of youth workers to engage with young people effectively and inclusively. Additional objectives of the project include: -developing practices that specifically support the well-being of young people in vulnerable situations and those facing mental health challenges -enhancing participants’ professional growth, reflective capacity, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing -promoting international networks and Nordic cooperation in youth work -embedding non-formal learning methods into everyday youth work -supporting the development and implementation of future Erasmus+ and other international projects -improving the quality, impact, and sustainability of youth work in the long term In this way, the project supports both the professional development of participants and the long-term development of the participating organisations, ensuring that the results benefit young people, youth workers, and the wider youth work sector.
