Nordic Pioneer Lab 2026 aims to empower Nordic Youth to lead the change for safer, more inclusive and democratic societies across the Nordic region. Many young people want to contribute but lack access to networks, tools and spaces where their voices are heard. Through our program, we support engaged young people with practical skills, a cross-Nordic community and opportunities to turn ideas into action. Our objectives are to strengthen young people’s confidence and competences in democratic participation, leadership and collaboration, build a strong cross-Nordic youth community where participants support and inspire each other, create impactful dialogue between young people and decision-makers, and support young pioneers in creating positive change in their local communities. By empowering young people who are already taking initiative, we help create new entry points for youth participation and strengthen democratic engagement among young people in the Nordic region.
