Our objective is to strengthen Yebisu Estonia’s capacity to deliver training by enhancing face-to-face sustainable management courses with e-learning elements to offer blended learning, and by developing an organisational e-learning strategy to ensure that the trainings are accessible, high-quality, and aligned with European Union education and sustainability priorities.
The project addresses the organisation’s development need to make its training more digital-based and sustainable. The implementation of e-learning and blended learning solutions enables the expansion of the target group, improves the accessibility and enhances learning quality and learner-centredness. Participation in mobility provides access to evidence-based European good e-learning practices and supports the development of Yebisu Estonia’s digital learning strategy.
