We aim to strengthen our organisation’s capacity in adult education and non-formal learning and to develop inclusive, learner-centred educational programmes addressing sustainable agriculture and food systems. As a result of the project, staff professional competences, international cooperation, and the quality and impact of MUHK’s educational and visitor experiences for diverse target groups will be enhanced.
We decided to apply for funding in order to strengthen our organisation’s capacity in adult education and non-formal learning and to integrate international good practices related to sustainable agriculture and food systems into our everyday work. The mobility activities enable staff members to acquire new methodologies and perspectives that can be applied in the development of educational programmes, exhibitions and visitor experiences, while also broadening their professional outlook.
