To further develop and create modern services at Tartu Public Library. During the job shadowing, library staff have seen and experienced different formats and methods of conducting events (including training), made observations about them, and received inspiration to offer similar activities at home, in their own libraries.
With the support of Erasmus+, it is possible to participate in a learning mobility, through which you can visit colleagues in different parts of Europe. Dutch libraries are at the forefront of providing 21st century library services and we want to learn from the best.
