Through this project, we aim to expand our continuing education curricula by integrating new fields into heritage building and increasing the organisation's capacity regarding the logistics and safety management of international construction camps. We intend to implement a "train-the-trainer" model to enhance the professional and andragogical competencies of our trainers, ensuring high-quality instruction and strengthening our European cooperation network.
NGO Vanaajamaja has operated as a heritage training centre for 15 years, but now requires a developmental leap towards interdisciplinary education. We are applying for support to expand our curricula, develop work-based practice opportunities, and incorporate international expertise into our training management. Our team needs support in integrating new fields, and the organisation aims to enhance its capacity for the systematic management of international work-based learning (WBL).
