The project aims to strengthen institutional capacity to expand international learning opportunities for adult learners and to develop structured learner mobility initiatives. It will also integrate a coherent Goethe-Zertifikat examination preparation pathway into the curriculum. Through project writing training and job shadowing, the school will enhance coordination competences, pedagogical quality, digital learning resources, thereby supporting learners’ language development and employability.
Narva Täiskasvanute Kool operates in Ida-Viru County, a socio-economically vulnerable region where international learning opportunities remain limited. The school serves adult learners completing upper secondary education or improving employment prospects through individual subjects. Although experienced in staff mobility, it has not yet coordinated learner mobility projects. Growing demand for Goethe-Zertifikat preparation highlights the need to restructure and strengthen the German curriculum.
