Objectives

The aim of the project is to strengthen learner-centred adult education by increasing adult learners’ motivation, self-confidence and participation through international learning experiences. We seek to reduce dropout rates by supporting learners’ mental well-being and integrating career planning into the learning process. In addition, we aim to develop teachers’ competences in supporting learners with fewer opportunities and in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
