The objective of the project is to enhance clinical training and strengthen the organisation’s training center capacity through international mobility. By combining hands-on clinical training and job shadowing, the project aims to introduce advanced prosthetic techniques into practice, improve training organisation, and ensure effective transfer of knowledge within the organisation and to the wider professional community.
We applied for this project to strengthen both the clinical and training capacity of our organisation through international mobility. Rapid developments in prosthetic dentistry and professional education require continuous upskilling and organisational learning. Erasmus+ mobility enables our organisation to access high-quality international expertise that is not available at national level and to integrate new clinical methods and training practices into daily work and vocational education.
