Athens Dialogue Lab is a Youth Exchange that strengthens meaningful youth participation and social cohesion by helping young people—especially those with fewer opportunities—gain practical intercultural dialogue and facilitation skills. The project aims to improve participants’ ability to communicate respectfully across differences, challenge stereotypes and discrimination, and take active roles in their communities. We will achieve this through non-formal, practice-based learning in Athens (dialogue labs, peer facilitation, reflection and city-learning), supported by strong safeguarding and inclusion measures. The project also aims to produce a reusable ADL Dialogue Toolkit and to implement youth-led follow-up dialogue sessions and micro-actions in Estonia and Greece so that learning is transferred into long-term local impact.
