We want to implement this project to support the development of communication skills that young people need in their everyday lives and to help them better cope with the challenges of the digital age. In youth work practice, we increasingly see that young people struggle with face-to-face communication, expressing their feelings, and understanding others. Therefore, we aim to provide a safe environment where they can develop these skills. The objective of the project is to strengthen young people’s social and communication skills through non-formal learning by using practical and participatory methods. We aim to increase their self-confidence, support their self-expression, and teach peaceful ways of resolving conflicts. In addition, we will help young people better distinguish between misinformation and reliable information while fostering more conscious attitudes. From a youth work perspective, our goal is to create a learning experience that supports active participation, encourages young people to express their opinions, and gives them the opportunity to try new roles and behaviours in a supportive environment. We want participants to learn how to cooperate, consider different viewpoints, and feel that their voice matters. Through discussions, collaboration, and creative activities, we aim to help young people become more aware, open-minded, and emotionally resilient members of society who are ready to participate more actively both in their local communities and in society at large.
