This project aims to improve the quality of daily work with young children aged 7–15 by strengthening the bridge between youth work and hobby education. We want to transfer effective non-formal education methods (participation, experiential learning, reflection, inclusive facilitation, safe group processes) into hobby schools, and at the same time bring useful hobby-school practices (long-term group work, structured skill progression, continuity) into youth work and extracurricular activities. The objectives are to increase learner-centred planning, inclusion and engagement in regular programmes, and to equip staff with practical tools they can apply immediately and sustainably in their organisations, in line with Erasmus+ Youth Workers Mobility priorities.
