The project aims to improve the professional skills of six staff members in EU project design, quality management and inclusive adult-learning methods. We want to create stronger proposals, adopt consistent monitoring tools, enhance learning pathways for adults with fewer opportunities and integrate new approaches into our organisation’s regular work.
Startup Greece applied for this project to strengthen its capacity in Erasmus+ project writing and quality management. As our adult learning activities expand, we need stronger internal skills to plan, implement and evaluate programmes more effectively, especially for learners with fewer opportunities. The mobility will help us improve our methods, increase programme quality and support long-term organisational growth.
