The project aims to increase by 40% the capacity of 9 EMPOWER trainers to design inclusive digital-green-entrepreneurship pathways for adults. The second objective is to design, pilot & evaluate 2 new modules with 40 learners, through 2 local partnerships, within 6 months of the mobility. The objectives integrate the principles of the Union of Skills, the Preparedness Union & inclusion by design, ensuring that the twin transition leaves no one behind.
EMPOWER NGO is applying for the KA122-ADU project, as it requires the integration of digital, green and entrepreneurial skills as a single package. Despite its experience in vulnerable groups, it lacks systematic expertise in these areas. Greece lags behind in learning participation and digital skills, while the green transition makes education imperative. The mobility at Monad will offer international practices, strengthening the organization's contribution to the European Union of Skills.
