By implementing this program, we aim to achieve the following: 1. Strengthen teachers' skills in managing multicultural groups, creating a democratic climate, and dealing with crises in the classroom. 2. Linking education to the needs of tourism businesses in Samos, so that trainees acquire the appropriate qualifications and have more employment opportunities. 3. Familiarizing trainees with digital and language tools of Artificiai Intelligence.
