The project aims to enhance adult learners’ practical language skills through immersive language courses in the target country, develop intercultural awareness, understanding, and appreciation of cultural diversity, strengthen our organisational capacity and role in adult education, ensure the inclusion of learners with fewer opportunities, and build sustainable European partnerships for future adult learning projects, collaborative initiatives, and long-term international cooperation.
We applied to provide adult learners with immersive language learning in other european coutnries, building on our Balkan Heart experience in non-formal education. Adults will benefit from interactive, culturally immersive programmes that develop practical language skills, intercultural awareness, confidence, and lifelong learning motivation. This project strengthens USB’s role in adult education, ensures inclusion of learners with fewer opportunities, enhances organisational capacity.
