Strengthening the psychosocial resilience of educators by developing trauma management skills, boundaries and excessive involvement, in order to protect the quality of the pedagogical relationship Developing intercultural and group dynamic skills by deepening methods of managing heterogeneous groups and strengthening intercultural competence Enhancing adaptability in unstable environments by cultivating flexible pedagogical practices to manage changes and unforeseen circumstances
Our work with populations experiencing extreme social exclusion requires much more than “good will”. When we work in environments of extreme exclusion (prisons, homeless shelters, addiction treatment centers), the trainer wants to be a simple transmitter of knowledge. He becomes a facilitator, who must manage group dynamics, psychological trauma and institutional barriers. The terms of our organization relate objectively to this context.
