Objectives

-Strengthen the competences of 6 adult educators in art-based facilitation, eco-anxiety literacy, trauma-informed inclusion and green practices. -Integrate at least 3 new structured methods into WEHub programmes, benefiting 80–100 adult learners annually. -Develop a bilingual Toolkit -Launch an Open Badge to institutionalise and sustain mobility results within CUBE’s adult education system.

Background

CUBE applied to address a capacity gap in structured, evidence-based art-based adult education responding to eco-anxiety and social vulnerability. While WEHub delivers creative programmes for adults with fewer opportunities, our methods are not yet systematised. Through Erasmus+ mobility, we aim to strengthen staff competences in trauma-informed, inclusive and green practices and integrate them sustainably into our regular adult education programmes.
