The project targets three levels: Organization: Enriching thematic fields and boosting participation in EU programs. Staff: Gaining skills, adopting innovative teaching, and professional growth. Target Groups: Positive daily impact, skill enhancement, social inclusion, and transformation into active citizens through social participation.
"A needs assessment and societal shifts highlighted the need to expand into new fields. We decided to broaden our scope to inclusion, coaching-based consulting (2 streams), and developing citizens' critical and reflective thinking by inviting an expert. Our goal is to integrate these new subjects and acquire specialized expertise to manage emerging challenges, substantially strengthening our social and educational impact."
