This proposal focuses on helping to solve the problem that exists in Greece regarding the connection of vocational education with the labor market. In particular, it aims at the possibility for practice in a new inclusive, innovative environment that will offer participants sustainable employment practices and will be based on green development. The aim is for students to acquire new knowledge and experiences and to cultivate "green skills" that they will use successfully
PEPAL Amaliadas was selected by the Ministry of Education for its transformation into a Model School thanks to the excellent work and results of the 2nd EPA.L Amaliadas which is a continuation. Based on the founding law of Model Schools, these schools aim, among other things, in innovation, sustainability, openness to society and the labour market in the implementation of internships and European orientation. The achievement of these goals will be greatly helped by this proposal.
