Our objectives are grouped as follows: 1. Development of environmental education knowledge and green skills, integrating the principles of sustainability and green growth into VET teaching. 2. Enhancement of digital wellbeing skills, enabling educators to promote healthy digital habits and safe use of technology. 3. Strengthening skills to create a zero-waste school and to develop waste-reduction practices in daily school life.
The Katerini Laboratory Center, in the context of its annual self-evaluation process, found that environmental actions are implemented piecemeal and there is no common pedagogical approach to managing the excessive use of digital devices by students. Teacher training in sustainable practices and digital well-being is required so that they can be systematically integrated into laboratory lessons and the operation of the school unit.
